July through August, 8:00am and 3:00pm daily (water levels permitting). Includes lunch for two.
Payment Full payment is due at the time of reservation when booking online. When booking by phone, guests can choose their method of payment on the day of their trip with White Otter.
Cancellation Policy You may cancel your reservation up until 24 hours before your scheduled trip for a refund. Refunds are not given for cancellations within 24 of the trip’s scheduled launch. We do not cancel trips due to the weather; instead we provide top of the line protective gear including wetsuits, splash jackets, fleece and full rain gear. Weather in the mountains changes quickly and our staff is always prepared. There is a reason people years ago chose the name “Sun Valley”. We have never had weather ruin a river trip.
